In selecting our staff, we subject applicants to a thorough screening which includes Personal Interviews, Reference Checks via Phone or Email, State Required Health Screenings, License/Certificate Verification, Drug Screening and Criminal Background Checks.

To retain valuable employees, we lay out a Continuing Education Plan and will periodically facilitate Employee Performance Reviews. These are essentials functions to maintain the quality of care that is provided to clients at home by our professionals:
